		<description>It&#039;s probably NOT a good idea to require people to publish their email address in the body of their message for your Walmart contest.  You should already have that information from the e-mail form field.  There are spambots that scour the internet for e-mail addresses published in plain text and then flood those addresses with spam.  Just do a google search for &quot;email scraping&quot; to see what I mean.</description>
