		<description>I remember this experience well --   I too moved from a grande, huge character house (shared) to my own little condo in downtown vancouver.  I swear I shed well over 30% of my possessions out of sheer size-necessity.  The upside, and the upside is real, is that I&#039;ve really learned to not clutter, and not buy clutter = savings.  Best wishes as you downsize :)</description>
