		<description>Try freecycle.org .  Most cities have a yahoo group, and you just post what you have, and people magically come and pick it up.  It&#039;s also a wonderful way to pick up things that you don&#039;t have- we got a gorgeous upright freezer through the list last year, and I&#039;ve certainly gotten rid of boxes of stuff over the years.  Right now I have about 5 piles of different things sitting in my living room waiting to post this week- everything from books and kitchen odds and ends to clothes, shoes, yard stuff and fabric.  It&#039;s all free, and it keeps things out of the landfills.

Have fun with the move- we&#039;re moving on the 1st too!  Yuck.
